We are excited to share that we successfully merged with Sport & Cargo late last year – they are the primary Importer and Distributor for all things Thule in New Zealand – and we’ve made some big changes in the way we do things.

2024 pricing - the old “how much and when’s the show special”  question

Nothing is more infuriating than hoping to catch the sale cycle at the right point, and getting it wrong,  so we are now offering an extremely competitive price every day of the year. There’s no need to wait until the next Baby Show, Baby Expo, Black Friday, Easter or Waitangi Day sale, compare for yourself and choose to buy whenever it works for you. This is not the norm in the industry, but we believe in our products and the prices we can offer. We’ve made this decision so you can focus on the best stroller package for you, not whether it’s going to be cheaper next week.

Baby Shows and Expos

We will be at every one of these around the country – they’re a great opportunity to compare lots of different options under one roof. Come and see us for a run down on the products and we encourage you to test Thule vs the others on the pram trial tracks – you’ll immediately feel the difference.  Our show prices for Thule strollers, bundles and accessories will be the same as listed on the website today, so there’s not going to be any hard sell from us.

Nationwide Service Network

All our products are now supported for maintenance and service (including warranty) by select Thule retailers across NZ, not just Auckland, or Wellington or maybe if you’re lucky Christchurch. Just let us know where you are and what needs sorting and we’ll be able to advise the people as close as possible to you who’ll be able to help.

Actual product availability - I’ve paid for it, when will I see it?

We have invested heavily in our entire range, including spare parts. Our website has real-time stock levels linked to the main warehouse so if it shows on the website, then it’s available and ready to ship. If it’s a smaller spare part that you need, and not in stock in NZ it’ll go in an airfreight so you’re not waiting forever to get mobile again.
